1. My site is of an adult nature and my viewers expect to see adult banners and sexually oriented advertising on my website.

2. My site contains no child pornography, bestiality, warez or software pirating, or password trading of any kind. SPAMMING is not allowed under any
circumstances.

3. My site is completely legal according to the laws of the US and does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property statutes. Mysticaweb.com is not responsible for any violations. Any site violating any laws will be deleted instantly without notice. We reserve the right to delete any site at our discression.

4. My entire site will reside on Mysticaweb.com server, I will not crosslink images, graphics, audio, video, or other media. Links to pictures and graphics from picture posts will not be allowed. Your images must be served from your HTML from the Mysticaweb.com server.

5. I understand hosting is free but I must have the required banner code atop every HTML page at all times. This code is placed automatically on all html pages. ANY ACT TO BY PASS THESE ADS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION. Any site caught using blank spaces, line breaks or anchors will be deleted. THESE ADS PAY THE BILLS!

6. I will notify Mysticaweb.com any time my personal or account information changes.

7. I understand my site may be terminated at any time and for any reason. Such a termination may or may not include advance notice to the webmaster. Mysticaweb.com reserves that right.

8. I understand that advertising my website via bulk email or spamming, including mass posting to Usenet Newsgroups and abuses of AOLs chatrooms, forums, and buddy system will cause my account to be closed immediately. Any illegal activities will be prosecuted to the full exstent of the law.

9. I understand that in the event my account is closed for bulk email or spamming, Mysticaweb.com may initiate legal action to recoup damages caused by my actions.

10. I understand that Mysticaweb.com makes no warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever on this service. Mysticaweb.com reserves the right to delete ANY site at ANY time.

11. Your first page and or index page must contain a warning that states you must be over 18 to enter. Please no nude images or hardcore pictures on your index page. You are encouraged to register with RASC. You also must be in compliance with the Temporarily restrained CDAII Law.
